Management and reporting of commercial performance **Position Objective** Responsible for managing and implementing branch sales strategies by leading Digital Advisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly business objectives. Age: 25 to 50 years old Gender: Indifferent Education Level: Indifferent: Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. Indifferent: Proficiency in apps and platforms: Intermediate – Advanced Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday with one day off (Thursday) Required Transportation: Automobile or motorcycle. (1,500 MXN monthly fuel allowance) Essential Tools: Computer equipment and mobile phone with iOS or Android. Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM **WORK EXPERIENCE** Supervisor or Coordinator: Minimum 2 years of experience in any channel, industry, category, and/or product: (Retail, Direct Sales, Self-Service, Wholesale, Department Stores, Automotive, Banking Credit, Insurance, Convenience Stores, Pharmacies, Specialty Stores, CACS, etc.) **ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE** White goods, entertainment, mattresses and box springs, furniture and home goods, online sales, carrier or branded telecommunications, motorcycles, bicycles, mobile applications and operating systems, banking products and ATC sales. **Knowledge:** *Leadership; Intermediate–Advanced Microsoft Office suite FUNCTIONS * Develop commercial strategies to achieve business objectives. Supervise and ensure proper team implementation at each point of sale. * Administer and report incidents, issues, and any other matters related to POS. * Manage reports on sales force performance and sales effectiveness. * Prepare and submit requested Excel and PowerPoint reports. * Plan and conduct ongoing evaluations of the work team. * Train and develop the sales force.
