Risk identification and growth opportunity detection * **Objective Definition:** Ensure proper operational and commercial execution at assigned points of sale, through field supervision, indicator control, and support to commission agents, guaranteeing compliance with standards (operations, display, assortment, and service), operational continuity, and zone profitability. Act as the first level of field control, maintaining visibility, order, and operational discipline, as well as timely detection of risks and growth opportunities. * **Responsibilities** ● Complete the assigned visit route ● Execute the checklist at each POS ● Validate POS operations (opening, service, conditions) ● Identify and correct operational deviations on-site ● Monitor sales performance in the assigned zone ● Monitor sales versus target ● Identify underperforming POS and take action ● Log and follow up on incidents ● Verify permits and current product catalog * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM * **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: $21,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
