




Job Summary: Ensure the quality of components used in Italika assembly, minimizing line stoppages and managing non-conforming material. Key Responsibilities: 1. Notify suppliers of quality defects for correction Job Objective Ensure timely and proper quality levels of components used during Italika assembly through inspection and containment activities, minimizing line stoppages and production interruptions caused by supplier component defects. Main Responsibilities Approve materials that meet required specifications for correct and appropriate Italika assembly, with quality. * Ensure control of non-conforming material at inspection points through registration, segregation, and disposition aligned with Italika’s established methods and procedures. * Evaluate component quality conditions to define an accurate approval criterion for assembly. * Implement in-process containment actions in response to low-quality components from suppliers while maintaining production line operations. * Validate component or assembly quality conditions to determine acceptance or rejection. * Notify component suppliers of quality defects for their correction. * Monitor attendance and labor-related situations of operational staff. * Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment across all Italika departments and directly interacting areas. * Monitor attendance and labor-related situations of operational staff. * Maintain safe working conditions for personnel in inspection areas.
