**S**tation Manager to lead and supervise the overall operation of a gas station. The position requires responsibility, administrative skills, and leadership to coordinate staff, ensure quality service, and maintain operational and financial control of the station. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision and coordination of personnel (cashiers, secretarial, cleaning). * Handling cash, vouchers, checks, and bank terminals. * Inventory control and daily, monthly reporting, and compliance with authorities (CRE, Pemex, Profeco). * Monitoring competitor pricing and adjusting station prices accordingly. * Supervision of uniforms, customer service, and operational quality. * Bank deposits, payments, and reconciliations. * Customer service, resolution of complaints and incidents. * Equipment inspection, dispensers, and preventive maintenance.
