Position: Store Leader / Self-Service Store Manager ***What are we looking for?*** * Completed high school diploma (minimum) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role as Store Leader/Manager: * Personnel management * Cash handling * Cash counts and deposit of funds * Store performance indicators and operations (shrinkage, sales, turnover) * Customer service * Inventory control **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise proper store operations * Lead and coordinate the work team * Ensure proper product display and arrangement * Drive product sales * Perform store opening or closing procedures * Manage cash and inventory * Deliver excellent customer service **We Offer** * Competitive salary ranging from $16,000 to $18,000 depending on experience (Base salary + bonuses) * Monthly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits * Additional bonuses * Ongoing training * Opportunities for professional growth and development Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with a weekday day off. **Work Area** * **ATIZAPAN AREAS: PEÑITAS, EL JARAL, VILLAS DE LA HACIENDA, FELIPE ANGELES, AND NEARBY AREAS** Develop your talent, lead a great team, and grow with us!
