Position Summary: This position seeks a professional to ensure efficient point-of-sale operations, managing collections, inventory, and customer service to deliver a positive experience and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and reservation management 2. Inventory control and merchandise registration 3. Cash handling and billing support **Position Objective:** Ensure efficient and organized point-of-sale operations, guaranteeing proper collection management, inventory control, and customer service, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience and achievement of sales targets. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. * Provide direct counter service to customers. * Manage, confirm, and follow up on reservations. * Support billing as needed. * Assist with inventory control and counting at the point of sale. * Verify stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. * Ensure accurate product labeling and presentation. * Record merchandise receipts in the system. * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area. * Receive products from suppliers. **Required Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google productivity suites. * Experience using POS (Point-of-Sale) software. * Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency. * Customer service orientation and teamwork skills. **Core Competencies:** * Customer service. * Agility and attention to detail. * Assertive communication. * Proactivity and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. Two days off per week.
