Position Summary: This position manages assembly business unit operations, focusing on production schedules, resource planning, lean implementation, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the assembly business unit 2. Lean implementation and waste reduction 3. Process validations and new product launches Job Description and Responsibilities This position will be responsible for: Management of Assembly business unit DL and IDL absorption Attainment on production schedule Attainment on sales program Planning resources according to production workload Material variances (Usage and scrap) Lean implementation (waste reduction) Determine operative prioritization Management under budget Accuracy of the system (Production reports, scrap, material reconciliation, labor, Quality of product and action plans for nonconformance occurrences Process Validations and NPI’s Experience and Requirements Minimum 5 years managing assembly lines and processes such as Ultrasonic, FFS, Pad printing, bonding, etc. Lean Manufacturing knowledge ISO 13485, medical devices experience Absorption reports**Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Production/Manufacturing **Contract Type** Permanent **Work Mode** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working Hours** Full-time **Education** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **Willingness to travel** Yes
