Ensuring compliance with customer requirements Corporate security and cleaning company seeks SECURITY AND CLEANING SUPERVISOR Requirements: * Flexible working hours * Minimum 6 months of experience as an operational supervisor of security guards and/or janitors * Valid Class A driver's license (automobile) * High school diploma or equivalent * Military service card (desirable but not required; a plus for the profile) * Familiarity with the city * Willingness to travel to the Yucatán coast for supervision purposes Responsibilities: * Supervise security guards and janitors at client work sites * Prepare detailed reports in response to emergencies * Ensure staff comply with customer service requirements * Deliver cleaning supplies to personnel at assigned locations * Prepare reports (incident reports, supervision logs) * Provide customer service during on-site supervision visits We Offer: * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment * Free medical services insurance for you and up to 4 family members * Personal accident insurance * Overtime pay (where applicable) * Monthly flexible hours benefit allowing early departure or late arrival when needed (additional benefit beyond paid justified leave) Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided vehicle * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
