Each day, you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Leading and supervising efficient collection of the assigned portfolio * Implementing and ensuring follow-up on established strategies * Measuring and evaluating effectiveness per collection executive * Supervising the entry of collection activities conducted by executives into Cyber * Controlling, supervising, and developing various actions such as diagnostics, field visits, and agreements **Requirements:** * Professional Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Administration, or related fields. * Years of Experience: 5 years or more * Areas of Experience: Collections, negotiation, banking sector * Required Knowledge: Excel, Office (Basic/Intermediate), Apolo, Altamira, Cyber (Advanced), databases (Intermediate) * Willingness to Travel: Supervisory travel with executives under your supervision, both locally and to other locations.
