Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a hotel, responsible for coordinating tasks, managing inventories, supporting training initiatives, and supervising staff activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the planning of monthly and annual maintenance. 2. Coordinate and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team. 3. Directly supervise maintenance staff activities. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to work at a hotel. Performs.\- * Support the department head in developing the monthly and annual maintenance plan. * Coordinate and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team (technicians and assistants). * Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and departmental materials. * Support technical and operational training of staff. * Document service reports, maintenance records, and technical failure reports. * Directly supervise daily maintenance staff activities. * Perform minor repairs and assist with critical failures when necessary. * Respond to operational reports from guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. * Physically verify that repairs have been correctly completed. * Conduct daily inspection rounds of facilities. Gross monthly salary of $16,600 plus statutory benefits and additional benefits, paid weekly. Rotating work schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with rotating mid-week days off.
