Coordinate team integration and well-being activities A prominent architecture firm is seeking a Human Resources Manager, preferably with experience in the construction sector. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field · Minimum of 5 verifiable years of experience in a similar role · Proficiency with IMSS portals and at least one payroll system · Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS (COP calculation), and payroll processing **Responsibilities:** · Recruitment and selection (initial interviews, profile validation, and candidate presentation to requesting departments for subsequent process stages) · Ensure compliance with current labor regulations · Payroll preparation and administration of compensation and benefits · Calculation of monthly and bimonthly COP payments · Conduct onboarding for new employees · Conduct salary market studies · Coordinate team integration activities and internal celebrations · Carry out quarterly performance evaluations for each team member · Properly manage employee separation processes **We Offer:** · Salary: $20,000 to $30,000 net per month · Statutory benefits · Work location: Polanco, near Antara and Miyana Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Workplace: On-site employment
