We are seeking talent eager for growth, with a service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for challenges, for the position of: **IT Manager** **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary: **$85,000** * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Annual performance bonus * Direct employment contract with the company * Profit-sharing (PTU) * Career development plan * Continuous training, professional development, and certifications * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs (on-site) **Work location:** Naucalpan – FES Acatlán **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field (degree completed). **Minimum experience:** 5 years in: * Technical leadership of a software development or technology solutions team * Project administration and requirements scoping * Full systems development lifecycle experience, preferably using agile methodologies (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance) * Management of technology platform projects based on services and web applications * Development of applications and technology solutions, database management, programming, and information security * Negotiation and management of external vendors * Direct responsibility for technology-based projects * Eliciting business requirements from functional areas * Participation in application integration projects with an ERP system **Technical knowledge:** · Excel report generation * Full-stack development on .Net Framework 4\.5 or higher (layered development, web services) * Advanced SQL database management, preferably SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, views, functions, triggers) · General IT knowledge (networks, internet, operating systems) · ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certification (desirable) **Skills:** * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Assertive communication * Organization **Interested candidates:** Apply through this channel and submit your CV in Word or PDF format to the email address indicated in the job posting.
