You will be key in executing processes, complying with internal policies, and preserving animal welfare, ensuring the store’s operational continuity even in management’s absence. **What You’ll Do:** · Supervise that each store area is organized, fully stocked, and properly displayed. · Support the execution of strategies to achieve sales targets. · Guarantee excellent customer service and attention at all times. · Inspect and report on the condition of store facilities, equipment, and systems. · Monitor and report on branch operational metrics and objectives. · Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs to ensure proper store operation. · Manage and control the petty cash fund responsibly. · Organize and coordinate staff according to seasons, promotions, and operational workload. · Monitor animal welfare and proper care in accordance with established protocols. · Identify and channel preventive or corrective maintenance needs. · Ensure compliance with regulations and standards required by authorities and the company. · Prevent sanitary risks that could affect animals, customers, or colleagues. · Validate inventories and ensure physical records match system records. · Supervise and support the team to maintain efficient operations. · Maintain willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally within the company. **What We’re Looking For:** * Personnel management. * Shrinkage and inventory control. * Experience with RPS, SAP preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. **Work Location and Schedule** · Eje Interior 11, Sin Nombre de Col 28, Cordillera Residencial Fase Uno, 66196 Cdad.
