




Job Summary: Responsible for store profitability, compliance with standards, safety, development and training of store managers, and coordination with other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure store profitability 2. Promote managerial excellence and training 3. Collaborate to achieve regional and overall objectives * Take necessary actions to ensure the profitability of assigned stores. * Ensure daily store operations comply with standards, policies, and Organizational Culture. * Ensure implementation of safety procedures and contingency protocols, including those required by government authorities, in assigned stores. * Achieve planned development objectives within the district. Take necessary actions to ensure continuous excellence and training of Store Managers and stores. * Collaborate with company departments to achieve regional and overall corporate objectives. * Execute and ensure implementation of monthly product sales activities and special promotional campaigns.
