Continuous training **A major financial institution is currently seeking:** Cash Supervisor. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma 2 years of experience in managing monetary resources and cash handling areas, personnel management, administrative processes, and auditing. Customer service skills, digital tools, etc. **Responsibilities:** Monitor cash flow for the assigned branch and ATMs (banknote classification, replenishment coordinated with the Branch Manager, cash counts, maintenance, and supplies). Review the sequential integrity of multi-transaction vouchers supporting daily operations. Control and safeguard checks, debit cards, tokens assigned to the branch, as well as promissory notes delivered by the Branch Manager. Track check transmission and their return. Review and verify that credit files, enrollment documents, and any other documentation related to customer authentication comply with authorized terms, conditions, and institutional regulations prior to disbursement. Assist in referring customers from the counter for product acquisition in accordance with prospecting techniques.
