Trains, accompanies, and motivates the team under their supervision. ### **Financiera Crédito si / Banca Afirme** We are currently seeking Branch Supervisors in Escobedo. ### **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate the field-based sales and collections team to ensure effective placement of **group loans**, achievement of business objectives, and proper portfolio recovery. ### **✅** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage **sales and collections** teams. * Ensure correct **placement of group loans**. * Monitor progress toward placement and collection targets. * Train, accompany, and motivate the team under their supervision. * Monitor team performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the financial institution's policies and processes. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **sales and/or collections** (mandatory). * Experience in **team management**. * Prior experience in the **financial sector** is desirable. * Results-oriented. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Availability for **field work**. ### **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $12,466 per month * ➕ **Uncapped commissions** * ✅ Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the bank * Uniforms * **Training bonus:** $2,500 per month for **2 months** * Financial products at preferential rates * Ongoing training **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel
