PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek results-oriented field commercial leaders with proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is for professionals who lead from execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into tangible results. Responsibilities Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned territory. Lead, activate, and support field sales teams. Drive acquisition, closing, and growth of loan placements. Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. Monitor performance indicators focused on results. Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. Requirements Mandatory experience in payroll and/or direct-debit loans. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Commercial Manager or Supervisor). Proven leadership of field sales teams. Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. Availability to work 80% in the field. Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
