A company in the medical sector is looking for a **Warehouse Associate** responsible for ensuring the correct receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, guaranteeing product traceability and compliance with established quality standards. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on control and inventory processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Receiving, inspecting, and validating products and supplies * Recording incoming and outgoing items in the ERP system * Inventory control and updates * Handling and tracking of batches, serial numbers, and expiration dates * Monitoring and recording warehouse temperature and humidity * Conducting cycle counts and supporting internal audits * Preparing, coordinating, and tracking shipments and deliveries * Document control and adherence to quality procedures * Supporting logistics activities related to material distribution and delivery **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school (technical or bachelor’s degree preferred) * Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the medical, biomedical, or other regulated industries (not mandatory) * Experience in physical inventory management, shipping, and logistics * Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Compaq, SAI, or similar) * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of quality processes and ISO 9001 standards * Valid driver’s license * Personal vehicle preferred (not required) **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $18,000 for candidates with a completed bachelor’s degree * Monthly gross salary of $14,000–$16,000 for candidates with completed high school, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Grocery vouchers * Job stability * Excellent working environment **How to Apply** If you have experience in warehouse and physical inventory management and are interested in participating in this process, please apply through this channel by submitting your updated CV.
