Responsibilities: **Your Impact** As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities would include: * Conduct blind receipt of shipments, verifying incoming goods per process and recording discrepancies when applicable. * Receive defective products and manage them in the system, including proper write-offs per established procedures. * Ensure full fulfillment of commercial initiatives, validating that shipments meet requested requirements and quantities. * Post loads in SAP, accurately and timely recording warehouse movements to maintain up-to-date inventory. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Education**: Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred or in progress. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in a distribution center (CEDIS). * **Basic SAP skills** (recording/querying movements related to receipts, shipments, and load posting). * **Basic Excel skills** (data entry, control, and handling of simple information). * **Effective communication** (follow-up with internal departments and operational coordination). * **Teamwork** (collaboration with operators, supervisors, and other departments). * **Adaptability** (flexibility to changing schedules, priorities, and operational needs). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
