Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell products, serve construction companies, and prospect new customers. Key Highlights: 1. Technical advisory services and customer follow-up JOB DESCRIPTION **SALES EXECUTIVE – CONSTRUCTION SECTOR** Are you passionate about sales and do you have experience in the construction sector? This is your opportunity to join a solid and growing company. **Location**: Santa Rosa, Apodaca, N.L. **Salary**: $15,000 monthly gross base salary \+ $2,000 monthly AYP bonus (tax-free) **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday; Saturdays (half-day) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3 years of sales experience (construction industry preferred) * Willingness to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SAP experience desirable) * Personal vehicle and valid Class C driver’s license **SKILLS:** * Strong verbal communication and commercial orientation * Proactive, organized, and results-driven * Excellent service attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork and effective communication **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promotion and sale of company products * Direct engagement with construction companies and portfolio development * Prospecting new customers and distributors * Technical advisory services and customer follow-up * Competitive and market analysis * Delivery tracking, commitment follow-up, and collections * Weekly performance reporting **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross base salary of $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Travel and fuel allowances * Company vehicle after 3 months * Life insurance * Punctuality and attendance bonus ($2,000 monthly tax-free) * Attractive commission scheme **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM If you meet the requirements and are ready for a competitive base salary plus an attractive commission structure, we invite you to join our team.
