An international manufacturing company is looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** with extensive experience in materials planning, logistics, and supply chain management within industrial settings. **Responsibilities:** * Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production scheduling. * Ensure availability of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods to meet on-time deliveries. * Supervise inventories, warehouses, and materials control. * Implement strategies for inventory reduction and working capital optimization. * Coordinate planning, internal logistics, and warehouse teams. * Collaborate with global operations and plants to ensure efficient material flow. * Implement improvements in supply chain processes and inventory control. * Lead continuous improvement projects and operational problem-solving. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency required.\+10 years of experience in Supply Chain, materials planning, procurement, logistics, and production scheduling. * Minimum 8 years leading teams. * Must have experience in metalworking, steel, or related industries. * APICS certification (preferred). * Proficiency in SAP, JDE, Oracle, S\&OP, IBP. Salary: $115,000\.00 \- $150,000\.00 per month Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
