Job Summary: We are seeking a sales professional to prospect, acquire, and retain customers, ensure achievement of sales targets, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience (in the hospitality industry). * Strong communication ability and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in reservations. * Availability to conduct external visits. Main Responsibilities: * Prospect new customers (e.g., companies, travel agencies, corporate agreements). * Follow up on quotations and sales closures. * Prepare sales reports and forecasts. * Negotiate rates and commercial terms. * Participate in events and business visits. * Achieve established monthly targets.
