




Job Summary: This position aims to ensure the efficient operation of a restaurant by managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining quality and customer service standards, and promoting event sales. Job Objective Ensure the restaurant operates properly through efficient staff management, cost control, adherence to quality standards, excellence in customer service, and promotion of event sales to increase revenue. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the restaurant’s daily operations. * Ensure high standards of **customer service and food quality**. * Manage and develop the team (kitchen and service staff). * Control **inventory, shrinkage, and operational costs**. * Manage cash flow, daily closings, and reporting. * Implement strategies to **increase sales and profitability**. * Promote and coordinate **event sales** (group reservations, private events, corporate events, etc.). * Follow up with customers and close out events. * Supervise compliance with **food hygiene and safety regulations**. * Monitor key performance indicators (sales, average ticket, turnover, costs). * Resolve operational issues and handle customer concerns. Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor. * Experience in **event sales and coordination** (preferred). * Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and service delivery. * Experience managing operational staff. * Experience in inventory control and supply management. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset and strong customer service focus. * Flexible schedule availability.
