**Job Summary:** Safely operates production machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance to meet quality and productivity requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work immediately and report any hazards that could cause serious injury. Delivery Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to achieve required features and dimensions that meet customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine cleaning tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and perform scheduled operator maintenance and care tasks. Remain flexible and perform other diverse tasks as needed to meet production objectives. Work with coworkers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment requiring repair. Teamwork Communicate effectively with assigned team members and all support teams. Complete training and personal development as required by business needs.
