**Role Objective** Conduct process assessments, map them, and design business flows that enable dgmx to understand, optimize, and document client and internal project operations, providing clarity for decision-making and digital product development. **Responsibilities** * Gather and document key business processes with stakeholders and project teams. * Map processes into clear and structured diagrams (BPMN, flowcharts, or others). * Analyze inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements. * Design business processes serving as a foundation for product and software solutions. * Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to implement processes into digital solutions. * Deliver reports and documentation enabling traceability of assessed processes. **Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in business process assessment and mapping. * Knowledge of BPM methodologies, UML diagrams, SIPOC, or similar frameworks. * Ability to communicate across departments and translate needs into clear processes. * Desired experience in digital transformation projects or software factory environments. * Intermediate English proficiency (desirable). **Key Cultural Aspects** * Founder mindset: proactively suggest, question, and execute independently. * Obsession with process clarity and efficiency. * Curiosity to learn about the client's industry and apply insights into practical solutions. * Simple, direct, and action-oriented communication. **Work Structure** * *Modality*: Freelance (hourly payment). * Flexible hours, with availability for in-person process gathering and follow-up meetings.
