**IZTAMOVIL EXPRESS is seeking a Motorcycle Collections Agent in Agricola Metropolitana \- Iztapalapa, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **MOTORCYCLE RIDERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERY/SALES** ----------------------------------------------- #### **Job Objective** As a Collections Manager, you are responsible for visiting debtors who have experienced significant payment delays and establishing repayment plans that enable them to resume timely payments. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Visit the residences of debtors who have applied for credit but failed to meet their payment obligations, in order to offer various repayment plans. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers. * Inform customers of all benefits associated with maintaining an up-to-date credit account. * Operate a motorcycle in strict compliance with safety regulations, always wearing required and necessary protective gear. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Completed or incomplete high school education. * Experience in customer service or sales. * Motorcycle riding experience. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. #### **Value Proposition** * Weekly base salary of $2,800\. * Weekly commission cap of $12,000. * Statutory benefits. * Vacation entitlement starting at 12 days. * Social Security (IMSS). * Vacation bonus of 25%. * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) of 15 days, increasing with seniority. * Sunday premium of 25%. * 20% discount at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with greater seniority. * Benefits at over 500 establishments affiliated with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after two years of employment. * Payroll advance. * Provision of a motorcycle, also usable as transportation between your residence and workplace. * Gasoline voucher. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching end-of-life. * Safety equipment: skeleton suit, helmet, boots. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career advancement opportunities within the group. * Continuous learning as part of our DNA. * We are a company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of Mexicans.
