Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence **Position Objective** Execute and manage HR services and labor relations processes for the assigned business unit, ensuring timely execution in compliance with corporate policies, guidelines, or other applicable regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Perform labor-related activities that ensure compliance with employer obligations or other applicable regulations * Properly execute employee termination processes. * Administer and generate documents requested by authorities (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare [STPS], Conciliation and Arbitration Board, unions) and respond to their requests. * Administer and generate documents requested by authorities (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare [STPS], Conciliation and Arbitration Board, unions) and respond to their requests. * Address employee requests, such as clarifications, documentation, information, or updates to personal and employment data. * Conduct activities associated with the food quality and safety management system aligned with the SQF Code and Good Manufacturing Practices, to meet FDA regulatory requirements for product distribution.
