WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! **Junior Training and Talent Development Executive** Key responsibilities: Execute the performance evaluation plan for technical consultants. Requirements: Monitoring of KPIs. Annual follow-up. End-to-end performance evaluation. Competency model (skills related to leadership, technical expertise, PowerSkill questions, soft skills). Tracking learning paths by role; monitoring employee growth within the organization. Development of individual development plans. Experience managing a development program. Desirable: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; analysis of evaluations. Work modality: Hybrid (one weekly onsite visit). Location: Insurgentes Sur, CDMX.
