Human by nature. **Purpose of the role** As a **Junior Import Analyst**, you will be responsible for capturing import and export information in the required government system, applying a data analysis approach to identify deviations from legal regulations and customs procedures. You will support global logistics coordination by reviewing key documents such as customs declarations, invoices, and other foreign trade-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability across all operations. **Key responsibilities** * Provide support and analysis for all administrative activities related to import and export operations. * Ensure compliance with applicable local customs regulations. * Coordinate documentary procedures with customs brokers to guarantee smooth and compliant processes. * Maintain organized and up-to-date foreign trade documentation. * Manage accurate loading of documentation into relevant electronic systems. **Academic qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics**, **International Business**, or related fields. **Desired experience and knowledge** * At least **1 year of experience** in a similar role. * Knowledge of material transportation flows and of local and international safety and product/material regulatory standards. * Proficiency in **SAP**. * Basic understanding of warehouse operational workflows. * Familiarity with shipping and receiving regulations and protocols. * Solid understanding of safety and regulatory standards applicable to materials and products. * Strong competence in computer tools (**MS Office** required, Excel). **We offer** 1.
