Provide first-level support for hardware and software computing, switching, and communications failures (POS, PCs, printers, network, scanners, pin pads, telephones, kiosks, etc.). 2. Control and management of the inventory of equipment installed in the warehouse (POS terminals, PCs, kiosks, printers, etc.), including assigned stock. 3. Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives involving new components, expansions, upgrades, and testing of various hardware and software computing, switching, and communications platforms required by IT. 4. Ensure all computing, switching, and communications systems and components installed in the warehouse remain available and operational. 5.
