Ortmed is a company dedicated to innovation in support services for people with neurodiversity or disabilities.
In collaboration with the General Management, this position is required to lead strategies and practices aimed at attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating human talent, with the objective of achieving maximum efficiency and productivity in the company.
The responsibilities include:
1\. Personnel administration: review of employment contracts, employee status reviews, attendance and punctuality control.
2\. Recruitment and selection: candidate profiling, interviews, onboarding.
3\. Payroll and benefits: supervision of salary calculations, payment methods, vacations, medical leaves, and permissions.
4\. Policies and legal compliance: internal regulations, hygiene and safety.
5\. Workplace climate and culture (basic): internal communication, values, integration.
6\. Implementation of Organizational Development
Requirements:
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology (Organizational), Industrial Relations, or Human Talent Management.
* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in generalist or HR assistant roles.
* **Technical knowledge:** Federal Labor Law (or applicable local legislation), payroll administration.
Salary: $14,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month
