As a **Heavy Maintenance Engineer**, you will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives established by the Maintenance Management team for maintenance service activities performed on the fleet—both inside and outside VIVA AEROBUS facilities. You will develop processes and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulatory standards. **Your Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper integration of resources, technical information, and cross-specialty coordination during maintenance services * Ensure control among different maintenance areas during execution, guaranteeing continuity, inter-area alignment, and regulatory compliance * Manage deviations, track NRs (Non-Routine items), and operational interferences, ensuring effective control and resolution * Participate in generating lessons learned and preventive actions arising from deviations or process interferences * Analyze information and generate post-mortem reports for completed services * Anticipate risks during maintenance execution, prioritize critical activities, and mitigate incidents/accidents * Drive operational productivity and TAT (Turnaround Time) compliance through activity control and prioritization of critical tasks * Coordinate multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure * Guarantee quality standards during work execution, preventing deviations, rework, and documentation errors * Lead and actively participate in operational and follow-up meetings, ensuring technical alignment, inter-group communication, and commitment fulfillment focused on productivity, quality, and aircraft TAT * Lead ground-level project execution through strategic coordination among department heads, specialties, and support areas—ensuring operational continuity, effective decision-making, and objective achievement in high-pressure environments **Requirements:** * Aeronautical Engineering degree * 5 years of maintenance experience * 2 years of experience in heavy maintenance * 3 years of experience in maintenance task management * Knowledge of technical documentation: IPC, AMM, CMM, ADs, SBs, AOTs * Knowledge of national and international aviation regulations * Knowledge of maintenance programs * Maintenance task management * Leadership * Disruptive thinking * Proficiency in manuals * Critical thinking **We Offer:** * An incredible work environment \#TheBestPlaceToWork. * 12 vacation days starting from the first year. * Savings fund and savings account. * Staff Travel: Flights to any Viva destination at unimaginable prices for you and your loved ones.
