Whether handling guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, or taking on other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals essential to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Environment Experts are always on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in a variety of tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
