OFIK, a national wholesale distributor and manufacturer of office furniture and equipment, is seeking: **COMMERCIAL MANAGER** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the sales team's performance. * Coordinate training and development of sales staff. * Assign customers or territories. * Review sales reports and results. * Provide continuous feedback to the team. * Communicate effectively between the sales team and adjacent departments. * Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction. * Identify and correct processes to improve quality and response times. * Optimize response times and follow-up with customers. **Sales Coordinator Roles (Commissions, KPIs, and Incentives):** * Define and update the sales team's KPIs aligned with business objectives. * Set individual and group targets based on defined KPIs. * Design the commission structure (criteria, percentages, and conditions). * Ensure the commission scheme is clear, measurable, and attainable. * Conduct periodic follow-up on KPI and target achievement. * Calculate, validate, and report commissions promptly and transparently. * Design and implement incentive programs (bonuses, contests, recognitions). * Measure the impact of incentives on team performance. * Clearly communicate program results, progress, and rules. * Propose adjustments to KPIs, commissions, or incentives according to performance and business needs. **We Offer:** * Salary: 30K–40K monthly + Bonuses * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Av.
