Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance and Finishing Specialist to ensure optimal operation of facilities—including industrial kitchen equipment—and maintain accurate records. Dynamic and collaborative work environment A well-established company in the industrial maintenance sector is looking for a **General Maintenance and Finishing Specialist** to join our team. If you have experience maintaining restaurants, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for general maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure facilities remain in excellent condition. * Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and document any significant changes or repairs. * Fulfill weekend on-call duties as per the established schedule. * Keep facilities in optimal condition. * Practical experience in maintenance and repair of Emergency Power Plants, Pumping Equipment, Hydro-Pneumatic Systems, Refrigeration and Freezing Systems, Fryers, Salamanders, and other kitchen machinery. **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of principles and practices related to preventive and corrective general maintenance, painting, plumbing, metalwork, electricity, etc. * Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with the aforementioned equipment. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Commitment to the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **Personal Skills:** * Problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments—especially during restaurant peak hours. * Ability to work independently. * Attention to detail. * Collaboration. **Requirements:** * Age 20–50 years * Technological High School Diploma / Technical Degree in Electricity, Refrigeration, Maintenance, or related field. * Valid Driver’s License; ability to drive manual transmission. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in carpentry, locksmithing, plumbing, metalwork, aluminum work, masonry, or general maintenance. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, plus weekend on-call duties as per the established schedule. * Certifications or licenses relevant to industrial kitchen equipment maintenance are an advantage. **We Offer:** * Net salary of $12,000 (based on your experience) * Statutory benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
