We are looking for: **FUNCTIONAL ANALYST / BUSINESS ANALYST** **Position Objective** Analyze, design, and document integration solutions between systems, actively participating in the functional and technical definition of the solution to ensure accurate communication among technological platforms and compliance with business requirements. **This role focuses on generating solutions between systems—not merely documenting them post-facto.** Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field. · 1–2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Solutions Analyst. · Experience collaborating with technical teams (development, architecture) and business units. · Desired: experience in the financial sector or electronic payments. Technical Knowledge · Software engineering (no programming required). · Analysis of information flows and dependencies among platforms. · Participation in analysis and solution design workshops. · Functional requirements analysis and elicitation. · Creation of functional documentation oriented toward technical solutions: · Use cases · Business rules · Traceability matrix · Functional and technical diagrams (UML, BPMN, architecture diagrams) · Proficiency with diagramming tools: DRAW.IO, MIRO, VISIO · Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Desirable: · Experience in electronic payments · Experience in banking or financial projects Responsibilities: Functional documentation of solutions. Creation of solution diagrams or schematics. Working within agile development teams, applying best practices for collaboration and continuous improvement. Identifying project functional requirements. Generating and updating the schedule for design workshops. Leading analysis and design workshops. Creating a traceability matrix mapping technical vs. functional requirements. Identifying affected existing internal systems. Identifying interactions among company systems. Identifying functional impacts across ongoing and/or previous projects.
