**About Us** Trikes Artesanales is a company specializing in thread sales, growing within the Guadalajara market and shipping nationwide. We are seeking a Digital Sales Representative to join our team in Guadalajara. Full-time, In-person Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **$2,800 weekly \+ commissions \+ up to $1,000 monthly bonus** **Job Objective:** Serve, quote, and close sales with customers who contact us via digital channels, and actively prospect new customers — especially wholesale clients — to grow our customer base. **Only resumes with a photo and matching the required profile will be considered** **What You’ll Do?** *Customer Service:* * Respond to customers via WhatsApp Business and phone (occasionally in person). * Generate quotes and process orders in Odoo. * Coordinate shipments, validate payments, and generate invoices. * Follow up with each customer until delivery of their order. *Prospecting and Growth:* * Actively seek new customers on social media. * Identify businesses with potential for wholesale purchases. * Present catalog and products to new prospects. * Follow up on quotes until closure. * Reactivate customers who have stopped purchasing. **What We’re Looking For?** * Age 27–38 * More than 2 years of experience in digital sales, telemarketing, or customer service via WhatsApp. * Strong spelling and writing skills (essential: you’ll communicate in writing all day). * Proven experience using WhatsApp Business and social media as sales tools. * Excellent verbal communication and negotiation/closing skills. * Organized and disciplined individual capable of managing follow-ups with multiple customers simultaneously. * Completed high school diploma (minimum requirement). * Preferred: Experience with Odoo or any CRM (not mandatory—we provide training). **What We Offer?** * Base salary of $2,800 weekly, tax-free. * Commissions on sales. * Monthly Punctuality Bonus: $500\. * Monthly Attendance Bonus: $500\. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Fixed schedule Monday to Friday — **weekends off**. * Paid training on products and sales tools. * Genuine growth opportunities based on performance.
