




Position Summary: We are seeking a Credit Validator to manage the validation of documents and customers, minimize risks, and monitor portfolio status. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive validation of customers and supporting documents 2. Credit risk analysis and portfolio monitoring 3. Handling of sales folios and account recovery WE ARE SEEKING A CREDIT VALIDATOR Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years in an administrative role, with ability to validate supporting documents for sales. * Basic knowledge of credit bureaus to determine risk factors. * Proficiency in Excel. Main Responsibilities: * Timely handling of folios generated by sales executives via the sales administration platform. * Issuing comprehensive assessments for orders, validating according to scenario. * Performing comprehensive customer validation—from supporting documentation to verification against AT\&T's customer database—to minimize enterprise customer portfolio risk. * Monitoring the customer database to identify those failing to pay for their contracted lines. * Conducting quality calls and/or recovery calls for overdue accounts. * Ensuring all sales entries are correctly loaded into our sales administration database. * Generating reports.
