Responsibilities: * Disbursement of individual loans * Field-based customer prospecting * In-branch customer service (sales and collections) * Data entry, digitization, and follow-up of loan applications * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up of payment commitments * In-person and telephone collections * Receipt of payments and cash handling Requirements: * Completed high school education * Sales experience * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
