Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the credit department to handle loan disbursement, customer prospecting, branch customer service, negotiation, and collections, including cash handling. Transportation support and commission scheme. FINANCIERA INDEPENDENCIA IS SEEKING PERSONNEL FOR THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities: * Disbursement of individual loans * Field-based customer prospecting * In-branch customer service (sales and collections) * Credit application data entry, digitization, and follow-up * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up of payment commitments * In-person and telephone collections * Payment receipt and cash handling Requirements: * Completed high school education * Sales experience * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented.
