GreenGrass is seeking talented professionals to join our corporate team as: COST MANAGER\-EXPERIENCE IN A AND B (Restaurants and Fast Food) Responsibilities: You will be responsible for controlling, analyzing, and optimizing the cost structure of operations, providing reliable and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making by Management. * Control and analyze food cost per unit and on a consolidated basis * Monitor the operating budget and analyze variances between actual vs. budgeted figures * Calculate and update recipe and menu costing in collaboration with culinary and procurement teams * Supervise physical inventory counts and validate transactions in the ERP system * Prepare profitability reports per unit and per channel (dine-in, delivery, take-out) * Support internal and external audits with cost-related documentation **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (degree completed) * 4–5 years of experience in cost control within multi-unit restaurant chains, food companies, or retail * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) * ERP system experience * Knowledge of food cost, inventory valuation, and income statements **What do we offer?** * Competitive net salary * Statutory benefits * Dynamic and continuously growing work environment * Opportunities for professional development within the organization **Do you identify with this profile?** Apply now and become part of a team passionate about results, freshness, and operational excellence.
