Location: San Sebastián neighborhood, Azcapotzalco, CDMX Salary: $9,500 monthly **Candidate Profile** * Genuine interest in specialty coffee and its processes. * Positive, curious attitude with strong motivation to learn. * Commitment to quality and attention to detail. * Responsibility, punctuality, and discipline. * Enjoyment of teamwork and a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Roast coffee according to defined and approved profiles. * Record all roasts in logbooks or software. * Monitor losses and yield per batch. * Package roasted coffee according to weight, batch, and date specifications. * Correctly label finished products. * Conduct inventories of green coffee, roasted coffee, and packaged products. * Report shortages, losses, or inventory discrepancies. * Produce chocolate. * Prepare orders for branches or customers. * Keep the roastery, grinders, and production area clean and operational. * Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations. **Essential Requirements:** * Ability to follow recipes, profiles, and processes without improvisation. * Data recording and control (manual or digital). * Experience conducting physical inventories. **Desirable Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of cacao or artisanal chocolate. * Experience using roasting or production control software. * Basic experience in packaging and product handling. * Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in coffee roasting or production.
