**We Are Hiring:** Bar Receptionist **Working Hours:** **Schedules change monthly.** Morning shift: Monday to Sunday: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Evening shift: Monday to Sunday: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM Day off: Rotating one day per week **Responsibilities:** * Café and beverage area * Customer service: Provide courteous and efficient service to residents and their guests. * Beverage handling: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, etc.). MANDATORY * Monitor responsible alcohol consumption, especially during events or weekends. * Inventory control, organization, and proactivity. * Monitor stock levels of supplies, beverages, and utensils. * Regulatory compliance: Maintain hygiene and sanitation according to standards (washing, food/beverage storage, etc.). * Point-of-sale (POS) cash handling and control: Record consumption, collect payments, and issue receipts. * High-level customer service. * Ability to manage groups and resolve conflicts. * Promote healthy coexistence and proper use of shared spaces. * Prior experience in condominiums, hotels, or private clubs is desirable. **We Offer:** * Salary: $14,000–$17,000 gross monthly + monthly sales commission (based on experience) * Statutory benefits Salary: Up to $14,000.00 per month Experience: * Hotels or private clubs: 1 year (desirable) * Rotating shifts: 1 year (desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
