In collaboration with the store manager, they appropriately manage and develop strategies using departmental resources related to sales, talent management, customer service, and business needs. **What profile are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or similar consumer-facing service roles. * Minimum 1\-2 years managing a retail team. * Intermediate operational knowledge of retail and business systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, MS Office, etc). **What do we offer?** Base salary: $24,000 gross (paid biweekly) Monthly bonus: $16,000\.00 (paid monthly in arrears) Transportation allowance: $1,000\.00 per month (paid biweekly) Statutory benefits Learning and growth 8-hour workday Midweek break Referral payment: $360 MXN **Payment for participation in our Social Media Content Generation Plan:** up to $100 USD per quarter **Your path to joining our team:** **Initial Preselection:** Upon applying, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine whether you meet the minimum required criteria. **Interview with AVI and Brief Call:** If you pass preselection, you will complete an interview with AVI, our recruitment bot, followed by a brief call (under 15 minutes) with our recruiter. **Account Interview:** If you advance in the process, you will have an interview with the account you are applying to.
