




**Position:** Administrative Assistant **Area:** Administration / Operations **Reports to:** Spa Manager / Owner **Job Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the spa, ensuring the proper functioning of the business through cash register controls, customer service, schedule follow-up (LIT), basic social media management, and general knowledge of spa services. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform **daily cash register closing**, control income and expenses, and deliver basic financial reports. * Provide **personalized customer service** (in person, by phone, and via social media), ensuring a positive experience. * Conduct **follow-up on the Work List (LIT)** to maintain order in the service schedule and ensure timely compliance. * Assist with **basic social media management** (posting, responding to messages, promoting services and offers). * Have **general knowledge of services** such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, and facials to advise customers and assist in staff coordination. * Perform general administrative tasks: inventory control, document filing, supply orders, among others. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school (preferably technical or professional degree in administration, cosmetology, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position (spa, aesthetics, beauty salon, or administrative area with customer service). * **Skills:** * Cash handling and cash flow management. * Good customer service and communication skills. * Basic social media management (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business). * General knowledge of spa services: manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials. * Basic office software (Excel, Word).
