Customer support through various digital channels Maxiacero, a company with over 30 years in the market, is looking for an ONLINE SALES CONSULTANT with strong technical skills and a professional attitude to join our team. Job Objective: Provide expert and personalized consultation to customers via online platforms, maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, thereby guaranteeing both sales success and customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a telemarketer or customer service representative, preferably in the hardware and construction industry. Education: Completed high school Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media; register and update information in the CRM; generate tickets or quotations; identify and prospect new customers. * Respond immediately to digital inquiries; provide technical product guidance; manage complaints to safeguard the company’s reputation. * Promote new products and encourage sales. * Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and handle claims or returns. * Support other departmental activities as directed by the manager.
