Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage expenses, financial statements, tax filings, and reconciliations, collaborating with accounting and payroll teams. Key Highlights: 1. SUA and IDSE registrations, cancellations, and movements. Update monthly tax status certification. Download positive opinions from IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. Collaborate with the accounting and payroll team to ensure all payroll deductions and activities comply with weekly and biweekly payroll laws, including electronic stamping (timbrado). Calculate severance payments and/or liquidations. Generate and submit payment complements. Accounting Skills 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports, payments, and interaction with SAT and SATEG.
