




Job Summary: Responsible for managing order delivery transactions, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting commercial KPIs, and managing cash and external purchases. Key Highlights: 1. Part of a team that values dedication, teamwork, and growth. * Responsible for closing order delivery transactions. * Ensure on-time delivery of orders to commercial customers. * Responsible for meeting all VoIP, WhatsApp, etc. commercial KPIs. * Meet all company KPIs for VoIP, WhatsApp, etc. * Responsible for cash management when assigned. * Responsible for managing external purchases. * Responsible for managing exchanges and returns. * Preferred: High school diploma and/or technical degree * 2–3 years of experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience with multi-brand parts, telemarketing, and counter sales. * Proficient in using digital tools, applying them rationally, critically, and productively. * SKILLS: + Sales closing + Shipment management + Digital, written, and oral communication skills + Initiative and proactivity AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
