Workshop Manager (Heavy Equipment) !!!** **Requirements** * Mechanical diesel engineer, electromechanical engineer, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and workshop management for diesel mechanical workshops. * Advanced knowledge of diesel engines, fuel injection systems, and diesel transmissions. * Skills in diagnosing and resolving complex problems. * Ability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Coordinate and supervise assigned mechanics and technicians. * Plan and assign maintenance and repair tasks. * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Verify repair quality and proper equipment operation. * Perform diagnostics of complex failures in diesel engines and injection systems. * Provide accurate and efficient technical solutions. * Manage tools, diagnostic equipment, and spare parts. * Request necessary supplies and maintain an organized inventory. * Record completed work and diagnosed issues. * Prepare management reports and improvement suggestions. * Train and develop the technical team on new technologies and procedures. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the workshop.
