We are seeking a WAREHOUSE MANAGER in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising over 200 personnel, expertise in Asset Protection Security operations, and accustomed to working under performance-driven goals and pressure. The professional we seek must be available for full-time work, with experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution; academically, a minimum of one year’s experience in this field is required. The candidate must be accustomed to regularly submitting reports to superiors, possess excellent diction, and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. You must exhibit a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, and adept at fostering and improving workplace morale; additionally, you must be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising strategies for risk mitigation. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security breaches or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. * Proven supervisory experience, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
